Local Tourist Attractions:
Windy-Yett is in an enviable position right in the centre of Scotland.
Within 15 minutes drive is Linlithgow Palace, Torphichen Preceptory, Cairnpapple ancient burial mound , the Antonine Wall, Bo’ness Steam Railway, in door go karting and the Falkirk wheel.
Within 30 minutes, the sights of Edinburgh or Glasgow, Stirling Castle, or Hopetoun House.

Wildlife
Windy-Yett is frequented by many types of farmyard animals (in the neighbouring fields and wildlife. We’ve also got a small loch on the land (known in Scotland as a lochan). You may well see wild geese, swans, badgers, deer, owls, swallows (and many other bird species) while strolling round the farm.
Walking and Cycling
There are many forest, country, canal, river walks and cycle paths nearby, some starting at the local village.
Golf
If you are interested in a few rounds of golf there are a number of local courses. Our personal favourite is Linlithgow Golf Club which is all of 10 minutes away. If you’re interested in more here’s a sample of the golf courses on our door step.

Horse Ridding
